Can you help if we do not have a partner program?
Yes. The work starts with your company’s commercial need. That may require sales development, positioning, customer research, direct market access, partners, suppliers, or changes in execution. A partner program is one possible intervention.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. The offer is global, informed by experience across emerging markets, Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Location, working language, travel, and practical delivery arrangements are agreed for the assignment.
Is the work limited to AI, SaaS, and cloud?
These are important fields of experience. The commercial questions can be broader: how the company creates value, sells, enters markets, competes, and executes. We establish relevance and fit before agreeing work.
Will you only make recommendations?
The role can range from independent advice to direct involvement in execution. The scope makes clear what I will do, what your team will do, and where decision authority sits.
What will it cost?
Fees depend on scope and involvement. A decision session or defined project can use an agreed fixed fee; continuing advice or leadership uses an agreed recurring fee. You receive the fee and terms before paid work starts. No work is commissioned by submitting an inquiry.
Can we begin with a small assignment?
Yes. One clearly defined decision or piece of work is a valid starting point. There is no mandatory diagnostic package or long-term commitment before we establish fit.
How do you handle confidential information?
I do not publish private employer or client stories. Do not put confidential documents, personal records, or commercially sensitive details in the initial form. Appropriate confidentiality terms and information-sharing arrangements can be agreed before deeper work.
Can you guarantee sales or a market-entry result?
No responsible engagement can guarantee a market outcome. We agree the work, responsibilities, assumptions, and measures, then review progress honestly. Results also depend on the market and the company’s willingness and ability to execute.
